  2. Can I adjust the level of editing ProseWrite does on my document?
    This will be a future feature of ProseWrite - the ability to dial the level of editing in the document.
  3. How customizable are the settings for dictation and editing?
    ProseWrite offers a wide range of customization options for both dictation and editing, allowing users to fine-tune the process to meet their specific needs, whether you prefer minimal editing or a more refined result.

Pricing & Subscription

  1. What are the pricing plans for ProseWrite?
    There are three tiers of subscriptions based on the number of dictation hours you receive per month, starting at $10/month for 3 dictation hours. You can purchase the subscription on an annual basis as well for a discount. Check out the pricing page for more details.
  2. Do you offer a free trial?
    Yes, ProseWrite offers a free trial so you can experience the platform before committing to a subscription. New users will have 30 free dictation minutes to test the platform. For a limited time, the first 500 users of the platform receive 60 free dictation minutes!
  3. What happens if I run out of dictation hours on my subscription plan?
    If you run out of hours, you can either wait until your plan renews or purchase additional hours via the a la carte option.
  4. What happens if I use some dictation hours on my subscription plan for the month, but not all of it when my plan renews?
    Your hours from the previous month are rolled over to the next month, up to a cap of three months of your subscription plan.
  5. Can I purchase additional dictation hours a la carte?
    Yes, you can purchase extra hours at $3.50 per hour on an a la carte basis if you need more dictation time. A la carte hours are tracked separately from subscription hours and not capped.

    Yes, we take your security seriously. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, ensuring that your documents and personal information are protected.
  2. Does ProseWrite store my documents, and for how long?
    ProseWrite stores your documents in a secure cloud to allow easy access and revisions. You can manage and delete your documents at any time.
  3. Can I delete my content from ProseWrite’s servers?
    Yes, you can permanently delete your content and account from ProseWrite’s servers whenever you choose.

    ProseWrite is available as a web app and can be used on any device with a modern web browser, including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.

    Currently, you can export your documents to a variety of formats, including Word (.docx), .md (Markdown), and plain text (.txt), ensuring compatibility with your preferred writing tools.
